Oh I know that fantasy well. So much that I've started to think it would be a neat story to write (maybe a graphic novel?) about a girl who's commissioned by the UN to kill the people she thinks, in her educated opinion, are evil. With no repercussions. And she has a monthly quota to fill. And an amazing expense account so she can go anywhere in the world.

Yeah, that sounds bad, but it could get morally confusing as time goes on! She could start with big political players, and then inch down to ex-boyfriends or something. :P
