Congratulations! I keep waiting for buyer regret to kick in on my new condo but so far I'm loving it. I'm sure you will too!
Here's to hoping. :) I finally have a patio, which is something I've wanted, oh, since I was 18 and left home. !!! So far I'm cool about it all.
This morning when my agent called he said, "How did you sleep last night?" and I was like, "Fine!" Man, if I was losing sleep over it, i wouldn't have put in an offer...but then, sleep is a high priority for me, what can I say.

It totally hasn't sunk in. At all. I have moments of realizing the truth of it, but mostly...not sunk in at all.

That's really good. When I read your earlier post about how you felt at home there--that's usually a really good sign and I hoped that you wouldn't lose it because of the low bid. Congratulations!
There was some back and forth after the low bid, but the asking price came down 7K. I still can't believe it.

Yes, as soon as I can...closing is aug 1, so I can start taking pictures then. And then there will be the before and after, because surely I will be painting and stuff like that...I just have no idea what colours will be involved. Fortunately my sister is an artist and has an eye for these things. Pictures soon!

Weellllll no. They countered the first offer by dropping the asking price by 5K. And then I countered by dropping that price by another 2K, and they accepted that. Still ridiculously cheap, though, as these things go.

Yes! Right now I'm wondering how to arrange the living room. And I'm looking at lighting for the dining room. I have this thing for tiffany lamps, after all...must scan the Tiffany offerings. ;)
