Here's to hoping. :) I finally have a patio, which is something I've wanted, oh, since I was 18 and left home. !!! So far I'm cool about it all.

This morning when my agent called he said, "How did you sleep last night?" and I was like, "Fine!" Man, if I was losing sleep over it, i wouldn't have put in an offer...but then, sleep is a high priority for me, what can I say.
