Eeeep is my reaction too. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. But...SO CHEAP. The final agreed price is 138. 138!!!! I didn't think that was possible in the GTA, frankly. The home inspection people were like, "Are you sure it has a roof?" Motivated seller, he got married and left, so the place has been empty for 2 months.

It's crazytown.

Yowza. I am now officially jealous. I have been looking at a few houses in that range, but I'd still have to spend another 25 before I could live in it.

Obviously this was meant to be, and remorse is not going to be a factor. I'd love to hear more about your experience - do's and don'ts and such.
