Oooh! Congrats! I'm having the worst time convincing myself to go talk to the bank. I just keep procrastinating, and looking at houses I can't buy, because I don't even know what I can afford. Can I ask one thing - how long will your commute be? I'm finding this is becoming a big factor in my life.

The new place isn't much further from my place of work than my current apartment is, but it will involve a bus transfer. Not sure how long it will take at this point, as I have not tried it yet, but I can't imagine it will be very long. Probably 30 minutes. Transit commutes don't bother me. That's my ipod and creative time. I do all my best plotting while on the bus.
