Make a pilgrimage to the Eaton Memorial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery and find the place where he backed into it when his brother was teaching him to drive.
I wonder if they'll bring him home to bury? And what about William Whitehead? He'll be so lonely!
If they bury him in Toronto, I'm so going. I'll be the bawling woman in the corner.
Poor W. Whitehead. i can't even imagine how he's doing right now. I hope he's surrounded by people.
I saw him give a reading in Guelph once...and I went up to get an autograph afterward and had a little chat with him. I have to say, the thing I remember most was how W. Whitehead was sitting at the same table, a distance off, alone, just watching TF so proudly, it was beautiful. I nearly wept just from that.
Really, it's sad how rarely you just SEE love like that.
