Public Service Announcement

Everyone should probably ignore me today. I've got more hormones coursing through my body right now than I've had in a year, and I'm definitely a little overwrought at the moment.

This is the price I pay for falling off my meds in August and not getting my perscription back until three weeks ago.

*bonds*

I love working in a 95% female workplace, where I can say "WAH HORMONES OMG" and everyone says "EAT CHOCOLATE. AND GO HOME AT 2!"

Even in a 50/50 workplace, half or more of the men are married, and they, too, push chocolate on you and in general, stay out of your way.

Or blush and look uncomfortable, but then you still get the chocolate so who cares.

I don't know, man. Vulnerability to hormones makes me blindingly furious and a bit scared most of the time. It horrifies, appalls and unsettles me that my emotional stability is so dependent on arbitrary levels of a chemical in my body.

I resent the entire female reproductive system, from uterus to breasts and yet I'm still probably the most girly girl anyone knows.

God, yes, I know. *bursts into tears*
