OH NO! Chicken pox error

Oh dear. This is the problem with being interested in inserting random details into fic. Sometimes you get the wrong. I sort of thought chicken pox went everywhere, but I have a confession to make.
I didn't really get chicken pox.
Oh, I got it, I'm immune, I've been exposed since, but here's the thing. I got it at the same time as my sister. My sister got the measles and chicken pox at the same time, as I recall. I was 6, she was 7. She was very very sick. I got (count'em) 2 chicken pox. That was it. One on my leg, one on my stomach. I felt fine. I got a week off school, and it was snowing so I played in the snow with my sister when she felt up to it. So. I'm not really one to talk.
Actually I was thinking about my friend Michelle, who got chicken pox when she was 18. She said to me "You get them EVERYWHERE" and it lasted forever. So I thought I was safe with the palms of the hands.
How odd that you don't get them there. You do get them in your mouth, though, right? Interesting. Ah well. I can remove that detail. It wasn't really so important anyway. :) Thanks for letting me know.
