I was looking for a very specific thing out of a layout, and the price, omg, the price. This thing is cheaper than anything I ever expected to see in this town. I just hadn't actually heard of this part of the city yet. It's one of those places, like a cat; hard to get to know. Takes time! But yeah, what a turn around, eh?
