It's asking price is 144K. !!!! The asking price on this place is lower than the crapass one bedroom I went to see a couple of weeks ago. Oh I forgot to mention that it's on the lakeshore Go line, which means trains all day and all weekend, 30 minutes from my door to downtown Toronto. For like 4.50. That's such a huuuuge bonus for me (as I often socialize downtown, and I work down there one day a week, so easy back and forth is important.
