an evening of fun and frolic

Well, I had starbuckle and annelarissa over last night for eat and drink. Well, we went out for eat, and came home for drink. They are very funny, and after a few drinks I think I managed to talk them both to sleep. I think my favourite line of the evening was,

"Scholastic thinks American children are made of rocks."

But there were many more amusing moments. Of course I was not as lucky as phineasjones, who not only had them for a week but gets to keep them ever so much longer, since they are moving especially to get closer to her. I mean, that's love, no? But I enjoyed what I got.

I have a lot of bugles now too, which is an advantage I had no considered post visit. Mmmm bugles.

So, regarding our upcoming trip to Toronto in October - apparently that's your Thanksgiving weekend. Heh. Anyway, my friends were wondering if you happened to have heard of any good hotels near the City Hall and ... um ... Canada center? (Can't remember the name of the other building)

And - bugles? As in those little corn snacks? Mmm, haven't had those in ages.
