I have a paper due tomorrow. It's supposed to be between 10 and 20 pages. Currently I have 10 pages, but no conclusion, so maybe I'll have 11 pages when I'm done. My brain is totally fried. I've been working on this now for five hours straight. Everyone else in this building had their last day of class today. We, of course, are still in class until next Friday. So there is mass delight here at the moment, and anxious!Ivy over in my little corner. My room is a mess, I haven't had enough sleep, and I still have this freaking conclusion to write.

Wah. I am graduate student, hear me whine.

I remember my own whining (the past two years) with inordinate fondness. In fact, I almost miss it...odd, no? So now that I've graduated and am (sort of) gainfully employed, I have found other things to whine about...'s all good, Ivy. Truly.

Humm - I feel for you. I also have a paper to finish (for Acquisitions Librarian on accessibility issues at Uni of Bath Library) and have the end of term feeling (the undergrads finish next week so the residences are currently bedecked with fair lights, Xmas trees and cut-out snowflakes).
