ivyblossomI'm home now. So internet access will be spotty at best, but I will abuse my brother-in-law's cable as much as possible. My nephew is the coolest person in the world. No question. He points at me and says, "nano", which I think is his way of telling me that I should be working on my manuscript.
I have discovered that a good half of the librarians at my local public library will be retiring in the next five years. Until now, I did not anticipate being so lucky as to be able to work there. I would give my eye teeth to work there. But now it's a very real possibility. I'm ridiculously happy! I could get a great house around that area, that's what I'm thinkin'. And I used to work at that library, so, as one of the librarians said to me today, "They already know you." Doesn't hurt that my sister already works there too. Ah, nepotism, how I love you.
I have begun to figure out how to fix chapter 13. I worked it out on the bus on the way home. Well, sort of. I also figured out another new scene that needs to go in later on. Calloo! Callay!
And I'm getting my hair done tomorrow!

I LIKED IT! It had character development! Daring plots! Snogging! No, wait, this was were there was a big lack of snogging, or dream hopping, or thinly veiled "I love you"s. We could use some more of those. Barring that, I am a fan of more rowing.)
