executive decision
Dec. 27th, 2003 09:42 pmSo, I seem to have many an executive decision to come to New York City sick as flipping dog. *hack hack* There have been a few moments where I wondered whether I should cancel the whole thing, but I'm looking way too forward to seeing everyone for that. So it will be me and lots and lots of drugs in New York. w0000t!
*eats oranges*
*drinks juice*
I can kick this. Oh yes I can.

Date: 2003-12-28 12:41 am (UTC)I'm fairly sure it was.
And you were talking about being sick...
So, in all my inexperties, I've been practicing for little over an hour, I did my best to make you two cute icons. If I could link well, I would.
However, they are currently on my user pictures page, under For Ivy.
Cheers and feel better.

Date: 2003-12-28 11:22 am (UTC)Dude. Dude! Get in touch by email or phone or text or carrier pigeon so Cassie and I know when to come pick you up from the train tomorrow!
(Preferably phone or text or carrier pigeon as we'll be out for the afternoon.)
Oh, and don't worry about showing up sick -- you'll simply be the latest sickie to arrive at El Cado in the past couple of weeks. *hackhackcough* We have so much cold medicine. So much! And two cats. Two!

Date: 2003-12-28 03:49 pm (UTC)21:45. 9:45, right? That's what it says, 21:45. There's only one train that leaves in the morning from Toronto, in case you want to check it. There are two trains from Toronto to New York daily, one that leaves at night and one that leaves in the morning. Amtrak dot com or via.ca or something.
I think I have Cassie's cell # somewhere, I'll call if something goes wrong. And I can get to a phone.
ARE YOU COMING TO GET ME? I'M SO EXCITED!
Oh, can someone lend me a blanket and a towel for holly's? Cause I didn't bring that. No room. Wah.

Date: 2003-12-28 08:45 pm (UTC)And of course we are coming to get you! We would not abandon you to the ravages of Penn Station by yourself. Especially while you are sick. My memories of Penn Station when I was heading down to Holly's sick are much like what it must have been like for Gandalf to fight the Balrog while falling through fire and shadow.

Date: 2003-12-29 04:54 am (UTC)I'm glad you'll be in that vicinity. I just woke up, starting on leg 1 of my amazing journey. I feel like death, only slightly warmer. Fortunately taking the train to NYC mostly involves sitting for me, so that won't be so bad. :)
