Umm ... since it's a townhouse, you won't have to cut the grass, but will you be like the rest of us (un)lucky homeowners, and have to call someone when the roof leaks?Inquiring minds want to know ~_^
I don't have to cut the grass AND the condo corp. is responsible for the roof. I own up to the paint, but not beyond. But that means I can't just knock out some brick and put in a new window if the fancy struck me. (Unless it was a window between the kitchen and the living room, of course. That's just what everyone needs!)
