Yeaaaah I'm kind of feeling like that myself. In short: this person is a serial fandom conman, who's gender seems to fluctuate. Thousands of dollars have been funneled in his direction over the years, either out of pity for his varying health issues, his "conventions", commissions for bad photomanip art, etc. And he has been recently unveiled as having been a big name fan in the Harry Potter fandom for a couple of years. Though few people I know seem to have heard of him.
They think he'll jump ship and move to Twilight fandom now.
