original God!fic

Ahhh some blasphemous musings. Well, I have this God story going on, I'm working on chapter 2 of it, and it's like, my one true love (after epicyclical and bonibaru, of course). I have one character in this story who, no matter what the circumstances, no matter how many times they delete the past and start over, no matter how they revamp his memory, always falls in love with the same person. Every single time. No matter what she looks like, or what she does, or even if she's not a she anymore. You could set your watch by him. He's like one of Pavlov's dogs; automatic, guaranteed reaction. That's got to be, like, the most unconditional of unconditional loves. I figure it would either be really annoying, or really charming.

I'd like to go with charming.

Everything is catching on fire

Everything is broken. My email is telling me something about some kind of storage error and telling me to try again later. Blogger is randomly screwed, which is great, cause it lets me do ALMOST everything I want, but it won't let me fix the last little niggly thing. But I did scrub my kitchen floor tonight. My mother was right. You really do get to commune with the dirt more when you do your floors with a cloth on your knees.

In other news: I'd like to welcome switchknife to the veelainc mod team. Welcome, darling. We are all completely insane, so you will fit in perfectly. :P switch is going to be commiting atrocious and wonderful acts of recommendation for the list, and since she already reviews everything, heck, we thought we'd made it official.

Also, I updated veela-inc.net. Though I realize no one but me and like two other people will notice what I did, but I'm at peace with that. Really, I am. The hours it took me were for my own sanity, I'm sure. And as soon as blogger cooperates with me I'll fix the last little thing...
